Overview

FixMate is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not operate any servers that collect, view, or store your business data.

What's stored

Customer details, tickets, parts, expenses, and photos you enter are saved locally in FixMate's database on your device.

iCloud sync (optional)

If you sign in to iCloud and enable sync, your data is mirrored to your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, and is never accessible to us.

Local & file backups

Backups created via Settings are stored as files — either inside the app's local storage or wherever you choose to save them (Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop). These never pass through any third-party server we control.

Third parties

FixMate does not include analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking. No data is sold or shared with anyone.

Your control

You can export, delete, or restore your data at any time from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
